Singapore Finals of the International Science Drama Competition Open Category

On Saturday, 25 April, the GESS Drama Club’s efforts culminated in a 3rd place finish at the Singapore Finals of the International Science Drama Competition (Open Category). The competition drew theatrical talents from secondary schools and junior colleges across the nation, bringing together students who are keen on exploring the intersection between science and the performing arts. Their performance, “False Frame”, tackled the dangers of AI deepfakes, a timely and thought-provoking take on this year’s competition theme, AI See The Future. We couldn’t be prouder of our Dramarians for representing GESS with their creativity and conviction. Onward!
