School Bookshop and Booklists
WINDOW PERIOD FOR ONLINE ORDERING OF TEXTBOOKS FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2024
A window period is provided for the online ordering of textbooks from the school bookseller. The window period is implemented to ensure that every student is able to obtain a set of the required textbooks and related materials before the commencement of the new academic year. The school bookseller is obliged to meet 100% of the students’ orders if the orders are placed during the window period.
For the purchase of textbooks for use in 2024, the window period for online ordering is from 20 December to 23 December 2023.
Textbook order should be submitted during the window period. The school bookseller will not be able to ensure supply if orders are made outside the window period or placed with other book suppliers.
To ensure that the correct editions of the books have been purchased, parents are strongly encouraged to purchase them through the school bookshop via ASENCIO ONLINE PORTAL: asenciobookshop.sg with options for home delivery (Fixed delivery Charge of $10.80 applies) or self-collection in school premises. You are required to register an account before proceeding with your online purchase.
GOODS SOLD ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Please produce invoice for online orders or the booklist (OFFICIAL RECEIPT) for any exchange within 7 days of receipt/purchase. Exchange items must be in original condition. Books with name written on it will not be accepted. Digitized Textbook/eBook login details will be given EITHER in a sealed envelope OR a sticker inside the textbook, items are NON-EXHANGABLE/REFUNDABLE once open.
