Celebrating Singapore’s 61st Birthday

Together as One GESS!
Today, our GESS community came together in red and white to mark Singapore’s 61st National Day with pride, gratitude and joy.
From our National Day Observance Ceremony, to the vibrant student performances and spirited community singing, the celebration reminded us of what it means to stand together as one people, one nation, one Singapore.
We were also delighted to share the creativity and perspectives of our Gessians through a special student Art Exhibition in MPR1, where our guests had the opportunity to view and appreciate their works.
A heartfelt thank you to our Guest of Honour, Ms Carol Lee, and to our valued partners from the School Advisory Committee(SAC), GESS Old Students’ Association (GESSOSA), Parent-Teacher Association(PTA) and Gan Clan Singapore for celebrating this meaningful occasion with us.
As Singapore moves ONWARD, may we continue to cherish our shared values, honour our heritage and play our part in shaping the Singapore of tomorrow.
